Laisamis Secondary School: Strengthening Digital Teaching Skills

Angaza Center marked a key milestone in Laisamis, Marsabit County, with the launch of the Essential Digital Literacy (EDL) Program at Laisamis Secondary School.

The initiative focused on building teachers’ digital confidence and classroom use of technology. The school received fully functional laptops, and over 10 teachers were trained and certified, enabling them to enhance lesson delivery and learner engagement.

The launch brought together TSC representatives, the Board of Management, school leadership, local administration, and community members, reinforcing shared ownership and long-term sustainability.
